Robert J. Malpezzi

Robert J. Malpezzi has been the Director of Medicaid Planning at the firm since 2011. He brings unsurpassed and hands-on experience as an integral part of our team. Robert served as the Director of the Medicaid Recovery Unit for the County of Oneida for over 16 years. Robert also served as a member and board member of the Elder Abuse Coalition for several years.

Robert resides in Barneveld with his wife, Jennifer. They have four children, Olivia, Giovanni, Talia and Dylan and a granddaughter, Cerise. In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with and preparing food for his family and friends. Robert also enjoys golfing, fishing, woodworking and never missing a game of his beloved Boston Bruins. Robert also enjoys photography and his work has been featured on the front cover of a prominent photography magazine.
